Dia Reader offers free lookups so you can try the product before paying. We encourage you to use them to confirm Dia works for you before subscribing.
You can cancel your Dia Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or contact us and we'll help.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent payment. Email support@naturaldevs.com with the email address used at purchase and we'll process it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms. For billing questions you can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they email you.
